Bioinformatics and Computational Biology and
related fields from all over the world. The

Paper Publication
In the past a few years, the papers of ICBCB have been published in Conference Proceedings, which is indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
After peer review process, all accepted papers of ICBCB 2025 with proper registration and presentation, will be published in ICBCB 2025 IEEE Conference Proceedings, which will be archived in IEEE Xplore, indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
Best Paper Award
The Conference Committee will select 2 best papers among all accepted papers to grant Best Paper Award. The result will be announced at the dinner banquet on February 28, 2025.
About Presentation:
ICBCB 2025 welcomes both oral and poster presentations
with high quality. The publisher reserves the right to exclude a
paper from distribution after the conference (e.g.,
removal from Digital Library), if the paper is not presented
at the conference. "Pay to publish" is not allowed by
the publisher. So at least one author of a paper must show up and
present the paper at the conference. If you are author who wants to do
oral or poster presentation without paper publication,
please submit your presentation title and abstract to
the Conference Secretary before the submission deadline
for further review.
Paper Template
The paper should be prepared according to the template. English is the official language. One regular paper should be 5-8 pages including all figures, tables, and references. If the paper is more than 8 pages, extra pages should be paid by additional page fee.

Papers can be submitted
through the

or conference email box:
icbcb_contact@163.com. The Conference Secretary
will assign the Paper ID within 2 working
days after receiving the paper submission.
Policy on Plagiarism
ICBCB 2025 is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the
article submitted or delete the article from
the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his/her
supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the authors violation to the
appropriate overseeing office of academic
ethics and research funding agency.
4. Reserve the right to publish the authors
name(s), the title of the article, the
name(s) of the affiliated institution and
the details of misconduct, etc. of the
plagiarist.
